Position: Underground Supervisor with Safety Focus

In this supervisory position, you will take charge of the underground workforce, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage processes will drive the team toward achieving production targets and maintaining compliance with safety procedures. Efficiency and safety will be your guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily underground production activities efficiently

• Monitor adherence to safety and environmental protocols

• Process activities related to underground operations

• Communicate effectively with team and management regularly

• Provide leadership in achieving operational targets

Requirements:

• Technical training equivalent to 3 years

• At least 10 years of relevant mine supervision experience

• Knowledge of Ontario Hard Rock Common Core

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Thorough understanding of mining practices
