Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability to nursing practice standards

• Collaborate on residents' care plans with families and health teams

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in clinical practice

• Follow the organization's policies, protocols, and ethical conduct

• Lead efforts in promoting evidence-based practices
Requirements:

• Registration as a Nurse in Extended Class with no restrictions

• Nurse Practitioner Certification from an accredited program

• At least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience

• CPR Certificate current during employment

• Knowledge in RAI/MDS and BSO is an asset
