As part of the dedicated nursing team, your responsibilities will include supervising staff and ensuring adherence to safe nursing practices for residents aged 18 and above. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Maintain accurate clinical records for residents
• Implement and update individual care plans
• Conduct regular assessments of resident conditions
• Manage inventory for medical supplies and equipment
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current certification by the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Six months nursing experience required
• Knowledge in geriatric care is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
