As an RPN, your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and assessing care plans tailored to each resident's needs. You'll direct and evaluate the work of personal care staff, provide essential orientation for new hires, and ensure compliance with infection control and health safety protocols to maintain a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review individual resident care plans
