As a part-time RPN at Countryside Home, you will play a key role in developing resident care plans and guiding personal care staff to ensure high-quality service. Your leadership will help foster a positive experience for residents while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and assess individual resident care plans for effectiveness
• Lead and provide feedback to personal care teams
• Help train new nursing staff on best practices
• Maintain compliance with Infection Prevention & Control guidelines
• Facilitate Health & Safety programs across the department
Requirements:
• Registered with the provincial College of Nurses
• Committed to compassionate and professional healthcare
• Effective communication skills in English

• Prior experience in senior care is an asset
