Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coach the care team for optimal performance

• Promote staff education for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing, Master’s preferred

• Valid RN registration in the province

• 5 years in nursing, 2 years in leadership in care settings
