Step into a vital role as a Temporary Part Time Emergency Nurse Class A at Horizon in Upper River Valley, New Brunswick. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing emergency situations and trauma cases.

Horizon Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Class A for its Emergency Department. This position requires at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in ICU or ER settings. You will engage in triage, resuscitation, and stabilization of patients, with opportunities for cross-training in ICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain competence in emergency nursing skills

• Provide patient care across the lifespan

• Assist with urgent procedures and trauma care

• Support patient transfers from ER to other units

• Manage acute conditions like trauma and strokes

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Nurse’s Association of New Brunswick

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years Acute Care Nursing experience

• BLS, ACLS, and BCMI certification required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
