As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your duties entail routine nursing care tasks, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Your work will encompass a variety of personal care responsibilities, including assisting with daily activities and precisely documenting care procedures. This position requires compassionate interaction with residents and strict compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide routine nursing services based on care plans
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily tasks
• Monitor and report changes in health conditions
• Prepare and maintain safe, comfortable rooms
• Document observations and care activities accurately
Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
• Minimum education of 10th grade
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR certification preferred
• Capable of lifting and moving residents as necessary
