Pioneer Manor is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to fill this permanent role. You will engage in assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions while guiding and mentoring nursing staff. Your work will help drive innovative approaches to long-term care, promoting excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care in a resident-centered environment

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health issues

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Participate in mentoring and educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid RN(EC) license with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least one year of relevant nursing experience

• Strong clinical and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of long-term care principles and regulations

• Effective communication and leadership abilities
