Location: Greater Sudbury
Elevate nursing practices as a Clinical Educator with Extendicare, a hybrid role focused on engaging education in Long-Term Care settings across Northern Ontario.
Extendicare seeks two Clinical Educators to enhance care delivery through effective educational initiatives. This role demands frequent travel to various Long-Term Care homes, where you will facilitate clinical training, adaptation of policies, and competency assessments. Work closely with home leaders and frontline staff to promote safe and effective care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical education sessions
• Facilitate coaching and skills validation for staff
• Develop learning resources and assessment methodologies
• Partner with leaders to assess training impacts
• Utilize LMS for enhancing learning experience
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in good standing
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficient in adult education and group facilitation
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
