Brighter Staffing Agency is searching for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Sudbury team. You'll conduct assessments, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. This position requires a compassionate attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes or healthcare facilities
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor client progress
• Educate clients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Requirements:
• Valid RN license in Ontario
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in home care or healthcare
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a criminal background check
