Join Cambrian College’s School of Nursing in this pivotal role focused on coordinating day-to-day simulation activities. You will collaborate with faculty to organize labs, evaluate student performance, and support simulation-based learning. Your technical expertise will ensure effective delivery of both simulation and VR experiences, providing invaluable support to faculty and students alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for nursing simulation labs
• Collaborate with faculty on lab demonstrations and learning modules
• Evaluate and report on student lab performance
• Assist with the planning and programming of simulation experiences
• Maintain lab cleanliness and oversee equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
