Bayshore Health Care seeks Registered Practical Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for home and community care. You will tailor nursing services to client needs, values, beliefs, and preferences. The work emphasizes comfort, safety, independence, dignity, and meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized nursing care in clients’ own care settings
Apply clinical expertise to support quality care
Promote patient comfort, safety, independence, and dignity
Build trusted relationships with patients and families
Document and communicate using company-provided mobile devices
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing
Valid CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excellent spoken and written English;
French is an asset
Bring clinical expertise, empathy, and reliable patient care to Bayshore Health Care clients throughout Sudbury and surrounding communities.
