Provide person-and family-centered nursing care as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse in Sudbury, using clinical expertise and compassion. Support clients in their own care settings.
Bayshore Health Care seeks Registered Practical Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for home and community care. You will tailor nursing services to client needs, values, beliefs, and preferences. The work emphasizes comfort, safety, independence, dignity, and meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized nursing care in clients’ own care settings
- Apply clinical expertise to support quality care
- Promote patient comfort, safety, independence, and dignity
- Build trusted relationships with patients and families
- Document and communicate using company-provided mobile devices
- Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
- Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent spoken and written English;
French is an asset
