As a Food Safety Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of the company's food products. This full-time position will involve conducting comprehensive audits and inspections across the organisation's restaurants to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Performing regular food safety audits and inspections at the restaurants
• Identifying areas for improvement in food safety and quality control processes
• Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address non-conformities
• Providing training and guidance to the staff on food safety best practices
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management
• Staying up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in food safety

• At least 2 years of experience in a food safety auditing or quality assurance role within the food and beverage industry
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections according to recognised food safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address food safety risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the staff and management
