Position: Junior Quality Assurance Inspector Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Start your career as a Junior Field Inspector in St. Clair Depot, assisting with quality assurance inspections and project coordination. This position focuses on maintaining adherence to project plans and specifications.

The role requires supporting quality assurance inspections primarily for municipal construction projects. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in Engineering Technology and have 1-2.5 years of relevant experience. You will actively monitor project quality, assist in documentation, and ensure compliance throughout various stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with QA inspections of contractors' and municipal work

• Coordinate support services for project documentation

• Monitor QC tests on grading, paving, and installations

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and progress documentation

• Address public complaints regarding construction activity

Requirements:

• Community College Diploma in Engineering Technology

• 1-2.5 years of related experience

• Proficiency in Windows software and administrative systems

• Knowledge of legislation and best practices

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
