Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Member located in Greater Sudbury, ON. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting property showings, assisting with real estate transactions, managing client relationships, and collaborating with team members to support sales and real estate development initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the buying, selling, or leasing processes.
Qualifications- Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and knowledge of Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying client needs
- Knowledge of the Greater Sudbury real estate market is an asset
- Valid real estate license and reliable mode of transportation
- Proficiency in using real estate or CRM software would be beneficial
