The Merchandiser position at Bloomstar focuses on ensuring product rotation and display maintenance in partner stores. You’ll be responsible for organizing back-room stock, merchandising displays, and following company policies to meet sales goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and uphold cleanliness standards will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise shelves, racks, and displays with Bloomstar products

• Maintain back-room stock and cleanliness standards

• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly

• Receive and process shipments efficiently

• Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred

• Strong communication skills
