Lead the store at Northern Reflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo, focusing on customer experience and financial success. Drive sales growth while nurturing a high-performing team in a vibrant retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you will report to the District Manager and oversee all aspects of store operations. Your leadership will drive sales growth by attracting and developing a passionate team dedicated to fashion. You will ensure an exceptional experience for customers through operational excellence and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance through key financial metrics

• Lead with a customer-first approach for consistent experiences

• Recruit and develop a high-performing fashion team

• Balance operations with strategy for better productivity

• Champion visual merchandising and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in apparel

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent understanding of retail metrics and operations

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
