As a Merchandising Service Associate, you will support the RONA team by optimizing product presentation and maintaining visual compliance. Key responsibilities include assembling displays, ensuring accurate price tagging, and providing friendly customer service. Your hands-on expertise will directly influence the shopping environment and the achievement of store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle seasonal displays as needed

• Ensure displays follow planograms and visual standards

• Shelf merchandise and properly position price tags

• Greet customers and provide information as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and accessibility throughout the store

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic hand tools and drills (preferred)

• Strong task prioritization skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects with appropriate equipment

• Forklift driving experience (an asset)

• Basic arithmetic skills and web program proficiency
