Pay Rate: $17.60/hr + commission

Interview Process:  Our hiring process includes two interview stages. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a brief initial interview, by phone or virtually. Those candidates that meet role requirements will then be asked to participate in an in-person  Store Visit.

Background   Check:  As a part of our hiring process, successful candidates will be required to participate in a backgrounnd check, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What you will accomplish:

Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.

Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool

Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent

Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.

Consistently achieve all key business metrics

Offer a best-in-class customer experience

Participate in documented coaching conversations

Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory

Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards

Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk

Complete all required training modules and tasks

Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies

Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity

Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems

Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs

Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency

Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
