As an Assistant Manager, your leadership will drive sales while ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere for every customer. You will also optimize inventory management, oversee shipment processing, and ensure superior merchandising standards in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all store operational aspects daily

• Inspire and lead a high-performing retail team

• Optimize inventory management and stock replenishment

• Enhance customer experiences both in-store and online

• Uphold brand presentation and merchandising standards

Requirements:

• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail

• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Strong customer service and fashion passion

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
