This permanent role is crucial to our success at Food Basics. As a Produce Clerk, your responsibilities will include unloading shipments, stocking fresh produce, and creating visually appealing displays. You will also inspect produce for quality and help customers locate their desired items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload shipments and sort produce in the cooler

• Maintain fresh, rotating stock using first-in, first-out

• Create attractive displays for the produce section

• Inspect and remove damaged or spoiled items

• Monitor temperature and humidity levels for optimal storage

Requirements:

• Driven with a strong focus on customer service

• Good product knowledge with attention to detail

• Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds

• Flexible availability for shifts including nights and weekends

• Retail experience is a plus
