Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain shelf standards and ensure pricing accuracy
• Ensure product freshness and manage returns
• Increase sales by building and promoting product displays
• Prepare detailed reports and recaps for management
• Suggest orders and drive new product marketing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years retail experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
