Elevate store operations as the Operations Lead at Sephora in Sudbury, Ontario. Oversee team management, inventory processes, and ensure operational excellence every day.
In this full-time role, you'll support various operations aspects, collaborating closely with the operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, overseeing visual merchandising standards, and maintaining supply management. Engage with clients and Beauty Advisors while acting as the Manager on Duty, ensuring a customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all operational processes and ensure execution meets company standards
• Manage store inventory, including shipping and receiving
• Supervise visual merchandising and cleaning crew adherence to standards
• Develop budget strategies for staffing and expenses
• Assess team performance and provide timely feedback
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar operations role
• Proven ability to influence peers and offer constructive feedback
• Strong store operations and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Passion for client engagement and beauty products
