Elevate store operations as an Operations Lead at Sephora New Sudbury Centre. Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and engage clients to ensure operational excellence.

This full-time position focuses on managing store operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management while adhering to Sephora’s standards. You will actively engage with both Beauty Advisors and clients, providing timely feedback and coaching to the operations team.

Your role encompasses maintaining supply budgets and leading performance assessments to enhance staff effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store operations and execute processes per standards

• Manage inventory logistics including shipping and receiving

• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company concepts

• Maintain supply budgets and quantities for the store

• Actively engage with clients and staff as Manager on Duty

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar volume store

• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback

• Strong store operations and time management skills

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to maintaining a positive store environment
