Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized service to all guests and shoppers
• Build connections through effective communication and listening
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards throughout the store
• Assist with opening, closing and transaction procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of retail or guest service experience
• Passion for home décor and helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends
