In this role, you will drive sales and brand awareness for Ferrero's products at major retail locations. Your expertise in customer service and merchandising will ensure product visibility and compliance with Planogram standards. Ideal candidates are independent and ambitious, ready to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain shelves and ensure Planogram compliance
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Process returns of unsaleable products
• Increase sales volume through display building
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years in retail preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic skills in Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
