Support overnight merchandise flow at Walmart in Sudbury by unloading trailers, moving pallets, and preparing the sales floor for opening. Customer service remains part of this operational role.
As an Overnight Associate, you will receive merchandise and move it through processing toward the sales floor. The work emphasizes labelling, backroom bin placement, stocking, and merchandising. You will also help maintain safe, clean, hazard-free areas while following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and label the sales floor for store opening
- Set, merchandise, and sign featured displays
- Complete live unloading of different merchandise types
- Place labelled merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas
- Pull pallets and assist with assigned sales floor stocking
- Complete assigned receiving and merchandise-flow tasks
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Complete safety sweep logs during overnight processing
- Ensure displays and fixtures remain secure
- Provide customer service when necessary
