Canadian Tire Retail Store Manager

Lead retail execution and customer experience as a Store Manager with Canadian Tire, supporting department managers across the store. Work shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As part of the store management team, you will provide floor leadership and direct support to Department Managers. Reporting to the General Manager or Associate Dealer, you will help meet sales, productivity, profitability, and customer experience targets. The position requires retail operations knowledge, strong communication, and organized execution.

• Maintain floor presence and assess customer experience regularly
• Plan and manage store work and projects
• Coach management teams toward sales and profitability objectives
• Resolve issues while supporting customer and employee satisfaction

• Minimum three years retail execution experience in senior management
• Knowledge of retail and financial principles
• Understanding of market trends and retail competition
• Ability to operate point of sale and inventory systems
• Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
