Outside Sales Representative
CORE Industrial Gases is an independent gas distributor. Its mission is to provide a full range of industrial and specialty gases along with the highest degree of service possible. Core Industrial Gases is a partnership between experienced industrial gas providers and industrial gas users.
Core Industrial Gases Sudburyhas an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative position.
The ideal candidate has a knack for relationship building and keeping customers happy. With a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, and the solid ability to keep things organized and running smoothly.
- Provide a positive customer sales and service experience, in person and via phone.
- Help customers identify product needs and proper product application.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely fashion.
- Assist with routing and delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with purchasing department regarding various stocking duties (sourcing
- materials, expediting orders, etc.)
- Prepare customer orders and assist customers.
- Assist with receiving restock orders, filling back orders and shipping and receiving of product.
- General office admin duties and other duties as assigned.
- Providing quotes regarding all products.
- Welding knowledge and experience would be a definite asset.
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, or combination of relevant education and
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, customer service or sales.
- Good proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Tech-savvy, with prior ERP software experience an asset.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly switching tasks when required.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to build solid relationships with both staff
- and clients.
- Bilingual English/French, a definite asset.
- Full G license and clean abstract required.
- $55,/per year based on experience
