Customer Success Leadership at Descartes

Location: Greater Sudbury

Elevate customer success at Descartes as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on strategic account and relationship management for Canadian customs brokerage clients. Ensure long-term growth and retention across a diverse portfolio.

Within this impactful role, you will actively engage with approximately 150 accounts to safeguard and enhance revenue. Your efforts will drive operational improvements, strategic partnerships, and the identification of new growth avenues. Collaborate closely with various departments to address customer needs and optimize service excellence throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee account strategies to boost retention and growth

• Conduct strategic QBRs to build trusted relationships

• Generate qualified opportunities for upselling Descartes solutions

• Monitor accounts for risks and orchestrate mitigation plans

• Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Product teams

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management

• Experience with Canadian customs brokerage and logistics

• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration

• Experience managing client relationships in dynamic environments

• Ability to construct structured account plans for success
