Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operations of student societies
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Address and mediate student issues and dynamics
• Facilitate collaborative projects among different societies
• Develop and implement training for new society executives
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field required
• Minimum 2 years in volunteer management or staff supervision
• Familiarity with student societies at Waterloo is an asset
• Experience in large event planning and execution
• Strong understanding of risk management in student activities
