Position: Insurance Sales Advisor at Co-operators
Location: Greater Sudbury

Become a key player in the Co-operators team as an Insurance Sales Advisor, focused on delivering personalized insurance solutions. Engage with clients to build relationships while meeting sales goals in our Chelmsford/Val Caron office.

In this critical sales role, you will conduct both inbound and outbound calls, drive a sales pipeline, and develop marketing strategies for diverse insurance offerings. You'll focus on client service excellence while achieving personal and agency-wide sales goals. Your ability to identify client needs will help in providing tailored product recommendations and risk management advice to ensure optimal coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls to build and manage a sales pipeline

• Achieve individual and agency sales and service goals

• Identify additional products for client needs

• Perform risk assessments and selection

• Complete client portfolio reviews proactively

Requirements:

• General Insurance License or obtain within 2 months

• Minimum 2 years sales or business experience

• Experience in the insurance industry preferred

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
