Drive sales growth and market share for Electrolux across Eastern Ontario through strategic account management and retail partnerships. This remote role requires extensive travel throughout the territory.
As District Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for key retail accounts. You will develop account strategies, manage promotions, and improve Electrolux product execution across stores and digital channels. The role combines customer relationships, forecasting, merchandising, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth, market share, and profitable product mix
- Develop account strategies, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
- Manage customer investments and promotional spending within approved budgets
- Forecast sales and monitor inventory and order management
- Conduct retail business reviews and create account action plans
- Three or more years of sales or account management experience
- Experience developing customer partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience with forecasting, business planning, or promotions
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
