Garda World is currently seeking Casual Security Guards in the Sudbury area to support open, seasonal, and short‑notice shifts across multiple sites. This role requires open availability and the ability to adapt to different environments as needed. Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and experienced in providing a safe and secure presence.

• Hourly pay ranges from $18.35 to $23.00 depending on the site worked

• Monitor and patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security
• Control access points and verify identification as required
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
• Follow site‑specific post orders and company policies

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Minimum 1 year of security guard experience
• Open availability to cover days, nights, weekends, and seasonal shifts
• Strong communication and observation skills
