Ensure safety and security as a Part-Time Surveillance Operator rsee surveillance activities, manage staff, and protect guests in a gaming environment.

This role entails monitoring surveillance cameras to safeguard company assets and investigate potential security violations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in the casino or hospitality industry, along with the ability to manage a team effectively. You will engage with operations, produce daily reports, and conduct routine training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe employees and customers via surveillance footage

• Review video for disputes and control issues

• Complete daily activity reports with necessary details

• Direct and supervise surveillance agents effectively

• Recommend hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience (preferred)

• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedures

• Proficiency in writing clear reports

• Comfortable speaking before guests and staff

• Reliability and high integrity levels
