Position: DUAL Surveillance Operator / Surveillance Supervisor (Greater )
Job Type  Part‑Time
Compensation   Surveillance Operator – $24.48 hourly; $27.20 for a 1‑year commitment
Surveillance Supervisor – $26.58 hourly
Overview  The Dual Surveillance Operator / Surveillance Supervisor oversees surveillance activities and staff to ensure the safety and security of gaming and entertainment guests and team members. The role investigates potential security violations and takes corrective action within the law, managing people and maintaining the highest level of security and safety.

Key Responsibilities   Protect company assets by observing employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
Review video footage for patron or internal control disputes.
Complete daily activity reports and note pertinent facts.
Monitor recording equipment and verify its operation.
Provide work direction and supervision to agents.
Recommend personnel for hire, termination, and disciplinary action.
Conduct routine training on casino operations and equipment.
Assign and apportion work among team members.
Plan work processes and determine effective techniques or processes for team members.
Supervise and manage the work processes or procedures of team members.
Understand and adhere to disciplinary policies, including counseling and progressive discipline.
Address and manage complaints, grievances, or concerns from team members.
Qualifications   Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the casino or hospitality industry (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
Comfortable speaking before guests or staff.
Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
Self‑motivated and contributes positively to a team environment.
Meticulous in all areas of duties.
Confidence in judgment and ability to write findings clearly.
