We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support security operations through software administration, data entry, and CCTV monitoring. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, excellent observation abilities, and the capacity to manage incidents professionally.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with data entry and computer systems
• Good observation, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
• Valid Ontario security guard license
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 24 hours per week
• First Aid and CPR – Level C
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

• Perform software administration, data entry, and maintain accurate records and reports
• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment, identifying and reporting incidents
• Control site access and maintain a professional, customer-friendly presence
• Conduct indoor/outdoor and vehicle patrols as required
  
  Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following site procedures
• Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively
• Follow post orders, complete site training, and take direction from supervisors
• Demonstrate sound judgment and clear communication in all situations
