Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor various security systems including CCTV and alarms

• Conduct constant surveillance to spot security threats

• Dispatch security staff to respond to incidents

• Keep accurate records of all incidents and logs

• Engage with personnel and emergency services professionally

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years in a security control room

• Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Proficient with computers and security systems

• Capable of working under pressure and multitasking

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
