Position: Alamos Magino Security Guard Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Become a Security Guard with Synterra Security Solutions, stationed at the Alamos Magino mine site. This full-time role includes access and vehicle control, as well as administrative tasks related to site security.

At Synterra, we prioritize inclusion and professionalism in our security team. The ideal candidate will perform duties such as foot patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing safety protocols. At least six months of relevant security experience is preferred to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols for security needs

• Enforce regulations and respond to incidents

• Oversee access control and vehicle inspections

• Complete administrative security reports

• Maintain safety and security protocols continuously

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• First Aid certification needed

• Ontario Class G Driver’s License mandatory

• Preferred experience of six months in security field

• Must arrange for personal transportation
