This full-time, hybrid role entails overseeing participant referrals and conducting thorough intake processes. You will assess needs and goals while ensuring that referrals align with appropriate program streams. Your work will directly impact participants' employment journeys and enhance their onboarding experience, facilitating access to crucial supports and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process referrals for program participants
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and placements
• Lead informative program orientation sessions
• Coordinate additional support services as needed
• Track and document participant engagement accurately
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in intake or assessment roles
• Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Background in social work or career development
• Trauma-informed care certification is an asset
