Be the guiding force for participants at CNIB as the Coordinator for the Come to Work program in Toronto, ON. This full-time contract position revolves around effective intake and referral processes to help individuals in their job search journeys.
In this role, you'll assess participant needs and facilitate their connection to various program supports. Your expertise in career development and interpersonal skills will create a positive entry point for participants. This position involves managing sensitive information and ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage program inquiries and provide timely responses
• Conduct participant assessments to determine eligibility and goals
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new participants
• Update CRM systems with participant information
• Track and report on participant engagement activities
Requirements:
• 1 year in intake or assessment-related roles
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
• Experience in non-profit settings is an asset
• Ability to work independently and in teams
Support participants in achieving their employment ambitions through orchestration and guidance within the CNIB program.
