In this role, you will work directly with individuals experiencing developmental disabilities, assisting them in their daily living. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help people recognize their rights and support their growth by understanding their unique needs and gifts. Candidates may benefit from flexible scheduling and numerous locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in their daily community activities

• Support personal growth and skill development

• Ensure rights of individuals are respected

• Build meaningful connections within the community

• Recognize unique gifts and needs of each person

Requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation

• 3–6 months experience preferred in relevant fields

• Background in Developmental Services or Child and Youth Work
