Residential Care Worker Shelter Support

Duties include domestic tasks, client monitoring, documentation, safety awareness, and collaboration with support staff, case workers, and management. The work focuses on helping residents within a caring team.

• Assist residents with daily routines and domestic duties
• Monitor client activities, room checks, counts, and facilities
• Protect residents, clients, and guests throughout the premises
• Use alarms, panic buttons, and door security as required
• Support resident attendance at internal and external meetings

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
• Criminal Police Investigation Check
• Ability to communicate effectively in competent English
• Ability to maintain strict client and facility confidentiality
