Fanshawe College’s Community Career and Employment Services team supports Employment Ontario clients and employers. As a Pre-Employment Specialist, you will provide resume building, job applications, interview preparation, and other client-plan supports. You will also maintain knowledge of Employment Ontario programs and college policies.

• Provide professional service to clients, staff, employers, and community members
• Deliver individualized and group pre-employment support
• Provide resume, job search, application, and interview preparation
• Connect regularly with clients to maintain engagement and motivation
• Document client activity and employment outcomes in case notes

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years’ recent relevant Career and Employment Services experience
• Education and experience combination may be considered
• Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends
• Ability to work up to 24 hours weekly
