What You Will Do Build and maintain front-end pages using modern web technologies
Make sure all screens meet WCAG 2.1 AAA accessibility standards
Follow AODA accessibility requirements
Connect front-end pages to backend APIs
Test pages using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
Fix accessibility and usability issues across the platform
Work closely with design and product teams to implement designs correctly
Tools You Will Use HTML, CSS, Java Script
Front-end frameworks such as React or similar
API integration tools
Screen readers and accessibility testing tools
Documentation tools like Notion or Google Docs
What We’re Looking For Required Experience building front-end web applications
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Experience with accessibility testing
Understanding of WCAG and AODA standards
Attention to detail and clean coding practices
Nice to Have
Experience with React or similar frameworks
Experience working with designers and backend developers
Experience building accessible forms and complex workflows
Who You Are Detail-oriented and careful with implementation
Comfortable working independently
Open to feedback and iteration
Care about building software that works for everyone
Pay and Benefits Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
