Step into the role of Dock Worker with Manitoulin Transport, working nights from 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Experience in freight operations is essential for success in this position.

Working on a full-time basis, this position includes responsibilities like loading/unloading freight, managing the dock procedures, and ensuring safety standards. You’ll work Tuesday to Saturday, focusing on efficiency while keeping the warehouse organized. An active role in safety practices and maintenance is a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight using a forklift

• Operate handheld devices for tracking freight

• Ensure materials are marked correctly

• Coordinate with drivers for seamless operations

• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Proven forklift experience is a must

• Must have excellent attendance records

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with deadlines

• Strong decision making and critical thinking skills

• Valid G license and transportation required
