Warehouse ​/ Delivery Driver - Peterbilt

We are currently seeking a Warehouse person / Delivery Driver to join our Peterbilt dealership in Sudbury. The Warehouse person is responsible responsible for inventory control in a warehouse environment, and is responsible for transporting automotive or equipment parts safely and efficiently between warehouses, suppliers, and customers while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role also involves verifying orders, maintaining delivery records, and providing friendly, reliable service to support daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities   Work with all parts department and customer service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved
Pick, pack parts as per issued pick list and complete the required documentation to ship orders with in the set guidelines
Locate inventory in the proper location and enter the related information into ERP system
Work to load trucks with finished goods
Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process
Counting of inventory as required
Operate truck in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life
Perform and document daily vehicle inspections, as well as
Care and maintenance of delivery truck, and advise supervisor of any defects or requirements for maintenance or repair
Maintain daily trip records
Ensure timely and courteous deliveries
Assist with rental calls and rental check overs
Keeps area clean and in order at all times
