Location: Northeastern Ontario
Deliver packages courteously and efficiently for Federal Express Canada as a Courier. Use customer service, communication, and driving skills on assigned routes.
This interview position handles package pickup and delivery for Federal Express Canada. Couriers check shipments against features of service and provide related customer service functions. The work requires time management, organization, multitasking, and flexibility. Full time hours run Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 8:30am and 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service requirements
- Provide related customer service functions
- Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment
- Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training threshold achievement
